International City Theatre has announced its 2018 season of five plays at the Long Beach Performing Arts Center, where ICT is the resident professional theater company.

Artistic Director Jeffrey Cass and Executive Director Julie Ann Kornak have just announced BrightSide Theatre's 2017-2018 Season.

Buffalo Theatre Ensemble (BTE), the professional Equity company in residence at the McAninch Arts Center opens its 2017-2018 season with "The 39 Steps," adapted by Patrick Barlow from the novel by John Buchan. BTE Ensemble Member Kurt Naebig* directs this zany Hitchcock-inspired whodunit.  Performances runSept. 7-Oct. 8. There will be a preview performance on Sept. 7 at 8 p.m.; press opening is Friday, Sept. 8 at 8 p.m.

Hop aboard Phileas Fogg's hot-air balloon as Hedgerow Theatre Company's small troupe of actors take on a global collection of carnival characters in Mark Brown's imaginative and theatrical re-imagining of Jules Verne's 1873 adventure, Around the World in 80 Days, running July 6 to August 13. All the world's a stage, literally, in this theatrical tour-de-force.

The Alley Theatre announces the cast and creative team for Alfred Hitchcock's The 39 Steps, the Exxon Mobil Summer Chills production offering a fun and exciting escape from the sizzling summer heat. Based on the classic film by Alfred Hitchcock, The 39 Steps is adapted by Patrick Barlow, directed by Mark Shanahan, and runs July 21 - August 20 in the Hubbard Theatre.

VIA BROOKLYN is pleased to announce the award-winning production of Patrick Barlow's THE 39 STEPS, directed by Craig J. George. THE 39 STEPS will play a limited engagement at the Southampton Cultural Center (25 Pond Ln, Southampton, NY 11968). Performances begin Thursday, July 13 and continue through Sunday, July 30. Opening Night is Today, July 15 (7 p.m.). The 39 Steps has been winning awards and entertaining audiences both on Broadway, Off-Broadway, the West End and around the world, since 2008.
