JEFF WHITTY, best known for winning the 2004 Tony Award for Best Book of a Musical for 'Avenue Q,' will be a Visiting Artist at the Savannah College of Art and Design Jan. 30-Feb. 2.

Kelli O'Hara, one of Broadway's brightest stars who has won rave reviews in The Light in the Piazza, The Pajama Game, My Fair Lady and the highly acclaimed revival of South Pacific, will make her debut in the Orange County Performing Arts Center's Cabaret Series January 21 - 24 in Samueli Theater at Segerstrom Center for the Arts.

John Kander -- the renowned, Tony Award-winning composer of such beloved musicals as CHICAGO, CABARET, KISS OF THE SPIDERWOMAN and many others -- will be honored by Vineyard Theatre at the company's annual Gala on Monday, March 8th beginning at 6 PM at the Hudson Theater (145 West 44th Street) in Manhattan, it has been announced by Douglas Aibel, Artistic Director of Vineyard Theatre.

Patricia Clarkson, is joined by Devon Graye, Madeleine Martin, Danny Glover and wrestling champ John Cena in the WWE film Brother's Keeper, a PG-rated family drama. The film, by John Posey, is being directed by Mel Damski (Mischief).

Vineyard Theatre will end 2009 with playwright Nicky Silver and actresses Patricia Clarkson, Veanne Cox and Leslie Ayvazian in 'Nicky Silver and His Leading Ladies,' the third in the VINEYARD VOICES series of panel discussions with theatre artists on Monday, December 7 at 7 pm, and will kick off 2010 with actress Susan Blackwell - one of the stars of The Vineyard's hit production of [title of show] - when she presents her wildly popular DIE VAMPIRE, DIE! WORKSHOP on Saturday, January 2nd from 2pm to 6pm. Both events will be held at Vineyard Theatre (108 East 15th Street).

Actress Megan Mullally, best known for her two-time Emmy Award winning role of Karen on Will & Grace, is also a versatile stage actress. The Fordham University Alumni Theatre Company announced the details of its second annual production, ONCE THERE WAS A BOY, a new play by Jason Pizzarello. The production is a collaboration of thirty Fordham University alums, including Pizzarello and director Aaron Rhyne, and will begin its special limited engagement on August 1, 2009 at Fordham University's Pope Auditorium (113 W. 60th Street, NYC).

Julie & Julia is the new comedy-drama, written and directed by Nora Ephron, depicting events in the life of famed chef Julia Child. Ephron's screenplay is adapted from two books: My Life in France, Child's autobiography, written with Alex Prud'homme, and a memoir by Julie Powell.
