This year marks the 100th anniversary of the death of Hector Hugh Munro, better known as Saki, a writer of delightfully improper short stories with all the wit of Oscar Wilde. His life and death are commemorated in a new play written by Katherine Rundell and brought to the Fringe by Atticist Productions.

(BHP) is pleased to commence its anniversary Season 10: No Life Aside from Art, with the witty, heartwarming musical A Man of No Importance, lyrics by Lynn Ahrens, music by Stephen Flaherty, and book by Terrence McNally, directed by Boston area director Daniel Morris, with musical direction by Meghan MacFadden. Walking down Queen Street, the main shopping boulevard in beautiful Niagara-on-the Lake, during the third week of July, was like being in downtown Cleveland. Cav championship t-shirts and Indian's garb were worn by many of the strollers. Our Toronto friends shared that in almost every play they attended, their neighbors on one or both sides of their seats were from the Cleveland area.

Courter Simmons joins the cast of CHANCE as 'The Lady.' He previously appeared in the First National Tour of Jersey Boys (which opened in San Francisco). After touring with Jersey Boys for over two years, Courter was chosen to represent the tour as Frankie on the 63rd Annual Tony Awards (CBS). 'Performing at Radio City for a crowd full of Broadway stars and with friends and family watching at home was a dream come true, and the experience of a lifetime' says the young actor, now preparing to tackle Chance's 'lady.'
