South Shore Ballet Theatre (SSBT) presents its “15th Anniversary Gala,” a staged, family-friendly ballet performance, on Saturday, May 13, 1 pm, at Thayer Academy Center for Performing Arts, 745 Washington Street, Braintree. 

Celebrating the magic of the holidays through the joy of dance, South Shore Ballet Theatre (SSBT) presents the seasonal classic “The Nutcracker,” on Saturday and Sunday, December 17 and 18, 1 pm and 5 pm, at Thayer Academy Center for Performing Arts, 745 Washington Street, Braintree.

BROADWAY SESSIONS is described as an evening of musical performances, games and open mic featuring a new Broadway guest each week. The show is created and hosted by Ben Cameron (Bway Wicked, Aida and Footloose) and features musical director Joshua Stephen Kartes on piano. 

On Tuesday, October 21st composer, lyricist, multi-award winning, ASCAP Board and Mentor, humanitarian, and President of The Dramatists' Guild: Stephen Schwartz provided a Masterclass and Q&A to the entire Theatre Division of The Hartt School, University of Hartford. Scroll down for photos!
