Mark Robert Petty, one half of the transatlantic writing team of Anderson & Petty, brought an evening of his musical collaborations to the Union Theatre on Sunday, 10 November. Lewis is currently part the Soho Cinders cast at the Charing Cross theatre playing James Prince. Prior to this he part of the UK Tour of Joseph and the Amazing Technicolour Dreamcoat

The alt-rock group Run River North shares the latest music video for effervescent lead single “Wake Up,” from Monsters Calling Home, Vol. 2, the second installment of the double-EP collection (details to come).

Having ushered in a new era of the band with the release of Monsters Calling Home, Vol. 1 earlier this spring, the Los Angeles-based alternative group Run River North are set to embark on yet another exciting chapter with lead single “Wake Up,” from the second half of that EP collection, Monsters Calling Home, Vol. 2 (details to come).  With a fistful of their most ebullient, catchy, and radio-friendly songs to date, the trio - Alex Hwang (guitarvocals), Daniel Chae (guitarsvocals), and Sally Kang (keysvocals)— are focused fully on a fresh, joyful sound. 

Dames at Sea opened at Theatre at the Center in Munster on Sunday night, May 5. Director and Artistic Director Linda Fortunato cast Kelly Felthous as Ruby, Todd Aulwurm as Dick, Colette Todd as Mona Kent, Sierra Schnack as Joan, Sam Shankman as Lucky, and Steven Strafford as Hennesey and The Captain in the spring musical production.  Dames at Sea and continues through June 2.

Following the success of last year's program, Stephane Wrembel returns to New York City withDjango a Gogo 2019: A Celebration of Guitar Mastery Through The Music of Django Reinhardt, at The Town Hall in New York City on Saturday, April 27, 2019 at 8 p.m. This year's program will not only feature Reinhardt's classics and originals inspired by his work, but also an unusual glimpse of the legendary guitarist's solo pieces. This is a music treasure rarely explored -- and the subject of Wrembel's latest research. 

Million Dollar Quartet opened Sunday, February 17 at Theatre at the Center in Munster. The show stars Zach Sorrow as Elvis Presley, Michael Kurowski as Jerry Lee Lewis, Tommy Malouf as Johnny Cash, Zachary Stevenson as Carl Perkins, Sean Fortunato as record producer Sam Phillips and Aeriel Williams as singer Dyanne.  Directed by Daryl Brooks, Million Dollar Quartet's cast also includes musicians Michael Sinclair as Jay and Nick Anderson as Fluke.  The show continues its extended run through March 31.  This production is sponsored by Pat Binkley.

Ghost The Musical opened to a full house on Sunday, September 16 for its Opening Night performance. Linda Fortunato directed and choreographed the production which stars Garrett Lutz in the role of ghostly hero Sam, Donica Lynn as psychic Oda Mae and Courtney Mack in the role of Molly Jensen. This is Chicagoland's first regional production of the newly imagined Ghost The Musical. Performances continue through October 14.

Today the shortlist for the Total Theatre Awards 2018 was announced. From the shortlist announced today, a total of seven awards will be awarded across five categories: "Physical & Visual Theatre"; "Innovation, Experimentation & Playing with Form"; "Emerging"; "Circus"; and "Dance".

Theatre fans and critics were all in attendance for the Opening Night  of Forever Plaid on Sunday, May 6 at Theatre at the Center in Munster.  Matt Edmonds, in the role of Sparky, Adam LaSalle as Francis, Yando Lopez as Jinx and Christopher Ratliff as Smudge star in Theatre at the Center's spring musical. Performances continue through June 3.
