Acclaimed Swedish songwriter Daniel Norgren has announced an upcoming North American Tour, in support of the new release Wooh Dang, out earlier this month on his own Superpuma Records. The tour will see Daniel and his band returning to Chicago, New York, Boston, Toronto, Minneapolis, Seattle, Portland, and Los Angeles. As well as first-time stops in Louisville, Asheville, Nashville, Washington, D.C., Boulder, and at Bristol Rhythm & Roots Reunion in Tennessee/Virginia. Tickets go on sale Friday, May 3rd at 10am local time.

Nick Murphy's anticipated new album Run Fast Sleep Naked, co-produced with Dave Harrington, is out now via Downtown / Future Classic / Opulent. It's the long-awaited follow up to his 2014 breakthrough debut Built on Glass, released as Chet Faker, and can be streamed here: http://smarturl.it/RFSN. Murphy has also been sharing via Instagram some of the inspiration behind the album tracks as well as photographs, journal entries and sketches that he's drawn during the album's recording sessions.

In support of his self-titled debut album (May 3rd), Seattle-based artist and producer SYML (AKA Brian Fennell) has announced a headlining run of East Coast dates beginning June 10th in Washington, DC at Union Stage, a West Coast stretch that begins August 12th in Los Angeles at The Troubadour and a performance at Outside Lands Festival in San Francisco on August 10th. Fresh off a sold-out North American tour with Dean Lewis and a slew of shows at SXSW, SYML will also play three headlining west coast dates next week, including sold-out shows in Portland and Seattle, before heading off to Europe for festivals. Continuing the support of the release of Warpaintand their first single 'Bent', Buckcherry announces today the dates for leg two of their North American tour. The tour starts on May 18th in Waco, TX and runs through August 15th in Kansas City. On top of touring all major markets in the U.S., the band will visit ten Eastern Canadian cities on this run. Joyous Wolf, who supported Buckcherry on leg one, will continue to support the band on most of the leg two dates in support of their debut release on Roadrunner Records. Buckcherry will also open for Aerosmith in Shakopee, MN and be direct support for Nickelback for two shows in Ravinia, IL.

UK-based Bad Sounds are excited to reveal a video for their track “How Are You Gonna Lose?” The band directed the clip and Flood Magazine premiered the video noting, “'How Are You Gonna Lose?' injects some serious soul into Bad Sounds' panoramic pop, lush with Motown horns and crisp, falsetto vocals. ” Bad Sounds state, “We have a real soft spot for budget horror and kung fu movies, you can see a recurring style in all our videos and influences in our music too. The inspiration for the video came from watching Dario Argento's 'Suspiria' and falling in love with its aesthetic. It's a classic case of style over substance but it's done so well that it's easy to forgive. The sets and lighting are so bold and in your face that it really feels like it's set somewhere other than 'real life'. It seems to us that people are most creative when they have less to work with, and we find ourselves personally drawn to simple ideas that are done with style and care.
