Hosted by Oona Laurence (Matilda, Southpaw) and Owen Judge (Fantastic Four), Lyrics for Life will be held on Sept 9th at Symphony Space. In honor of World Suicide Prevention Week, this event features over one hundred young performers from Broadway, TV & Film, singer/songwriters and award-winning dancers.

This Sunday, May 18th, Time to Shine Youth Cabaret will celebrate youth from the Broadway community. Kids and teens that have worked on Broadway and National Tours like Mary Poppins, Billy Elliot, Annie, and NBC's The Sound of Music Live with Carrie Underwood. The young performers will all come together for one show at 3pm at Stage 72 on west 72nd Street in NYC.

Paper Mill Playhouse hosted its largest fundraising event of the year, Curtain Up on the 76th Season Gala on May 2, honoring Tony Danza and Linda Bowden, at the renowned Hilton Short Hills. Curtain Up on the 76th Season Gala was sponsored by Hilton Short Hills. Paper Mill Playhouse, one of the country's premier not-for-profit theaters, is the place where American musical theater is celebrated, cherished, and pushed in exciting new directions, is proud to announce the Junior All Stars Holiday Tour. The Paper Mill Playhouse Junior All Stars are a selective group of 9 to 12 year old performers who, as a part of their training, go out into the community and share their talents with schools, senior residences and centers for children with disabilities.

Moritz, Jr. brought together a melange of Broadway's most impressive young talent for WHEN I GROW UP: BROADWAY'S NEXT GENERATION, a cabaret concert at 54 BELOW. Kenny Howard says that this group inspired him 'not only with their talents but also with a maturity that is far beyond their years.' For this cabaret concert, the children tackle the adult repertoire of their heroes, taking on music from SPRING AWAKENING, THE DROWSY CHAPERONE, THE LAST FIVE YEARS, AVENUE Q, [TITLE OF SHOW], and more.

Broadway Records announced today a launch concert to celebrate the release of 'When I Grow Up: Broadway's Next Generation - Live at 54 BELOW'. The concert will take place at 54 BELOW on July 29th at 7:00 pm. The recording will be released digitally on Friday, July 26th and on CD onJuly, 30, 2013. Off-Broadway's acclaimed Irish Repertory Theatre presents its 2012 Annual Benefit Gala, a concert performance on Broadway of Lionel Bart's OLIVER! - a glorious, Tony Award-winning musical adaptation of the classic Dickens tale of 1850's London in the time of the Industrial Revolution - on Monday, June 11 at The Shubert Theatre (225 West 44th Street) in Manhattan. Charlotte Moore, who directed last year's concert staging of CAMELOT on Broadway and the Irish Repertory's recent revival of Brian Friel's DANCING AT LUGHNASA, will direct.
