Breaking new ground with award-winning scripted dramas for the digital age, WIGS announced today that Season Three of BLUE, starring Julia Stiles ('The Bourne Ultimatum') as the title character, will be available in four longer-form episodes, each of which runs between 40-60 minutes, on Hulu (www.hulu.com/blue) and the Hulu Plus subscription service, beginning Friday morning today, March 28. Also available on Hulu and Hulu Plus that day will be a new longer-form episode of WIGS series PALOMA, written and directed by Stiles and starring Grace Gummer ('Margin Call').

The production is set to open tonight, March 27th and run at the newly renovated Sonnet Theater at the Producers' Club through Sunday, March 30th. Profiles Theatre announces an extension for their Midwest premiere of Cock by Mike Bartlett, directed by Artistic Director Darrell W. Cox. The production opened February 20, 2014 and will extend for an additional seven weeks through May 25, 2014. Original cast members Eleni Pappageorge, Christopher Sheard and Jake Szczepaniak continue their roles with Torrey Hanson joining the cast beginning April 10, 2014. Performances are held at The Main Stage, 4139 N. Broadway.

The reading will be held tonight, March 20 in Guild Hall at 7:00 pm, and followed by a reception. Past Barbour Award winners include Ian August (Donna Orbits the Moon), Lynn Rosen (Apple Cove), and Laura Eason (40 Days).

New dramatic works by Tony-winning playwright John Guare (House of Blue Leaves, Six Degrees of Separation) and dramatist, screenwriter and film director Neil LaBute (In the Company of Men, The Shape of Things and Reasons to be Pretty) highlight a three-night festival of new short plays and monologues at the Nuyorican Poets Cafe (236 East 3rd Street). Proceeds from the festival will benefit the Cafe's literacy and afterschool programs, which serve thousands of students from disadvantaged communities.

In the first, Iphigenia In Orem, a businessman from Utah divulges a chilling crime to a stranger in a Las Vegas hotel room. In A Gaggle Of Saints, a young Mormon couple each describe their version of events of a night in New York City. In Medea Redux, a woman recounts her intricate relationship with her junior high-school English teacher. Together, these one acts paint a vivid picture of the evils found in everyday life.

CATHEY (House of Cards, The Wire) joins the cast of EXODUS: DREAMS OF THE PROMISED LAND IN ANTEBELLUM AMERICA, playing multiple roles including Solomon Northrup (Twelve Years a Slave) and the Abolitionist Frederick Douglass. The cast also includes ROSALYN COLEMAN WILLIAMS (The Mountaintop, Seven Guitars, The Piano Lesson) in multiple roles including Elizabeth Keckley (familiar to audiences from the movie Lincoln), JENNIFER RAU as Abolitionist Angelina Grimke, and the noted vocal ensemble THE WESTERN WIND. Conceived by Salon/Sanctuary's Founding Artistic Director Jessica Gould to commemorate the 150th anniversary of the Emancipation Proclamation, EXODUS was originally presented last year in a sold-out performance staged at the historic Fraunces Tavern, the oldest structure in Manhattan.
