Director, Neil Goldberg has created CIRQUE DREAMS HOLIDAZE, a perfect holiday show with a cast of over 30 talented and beautifully costumed artists perform astonishing feats. It may be Thanksgiving week, but Christmas is already in full swing at the Long Center. With Cirque Dreams Holidaze, the Long Center is alive with jugglers, acrobats, illusionists, dancers, and a healthy dose of Christmas cheer.

The creator of the Broadway hit Cirque Dreams Jungle Fantasy re-imagines the holidays in Cirque Dreams Winter Wonderland, a stunning visual and musical holiday extravaganza. With an international cast of aerialists, contortionists, acrobats, jugglers and musicians, Cirque Dreams returns to Mystic Lake this year after last year's popular run of more than a dozen sold-out performances. The mesmerizing performers of Cirque Dreams Winter Wonderland will captivate audiences in the Mystic Showroom from tonight, November 21 through December 1.

Boise's own Lee Reisig and Billy Jackson have been bringing the world of competitive jump roping to the Cirque Dreams entertainment brand since 2009. They have now created 3 troupes totaling a dozen 'jump ropers' to tour the U.S. and Korea in the renowned holiday spectacular, Cirque Dreams Holidaze, which will rehearse and launch one of multiple North American tours from the Morrison Center in Boise, ID. The premier performance will tonight, November 20th.

I had the privilege of working with Marvin Hamlisch in producing a Cirque Dreams segment for the Kennedy Center's 35th Anniversary Gala. His enthusiasm for unique performance art was unbounded and together we presented an aerial ballet performed live to "The Impossible Dream" under his direction of the National Symphony Orchestra Pops in an unforgettable event. Marvin's musical contributions to the world will live on forever.
