Ghostlight Records will record the Original Cast Album of Be More Chill, the new musical which recently had its world premiere production at Two River Theater, Red Bank, NJ. Be More Chill has music and lyrics by Joe Iconis, book by Joe Tracz and is based on the novel by Ned Vizzini. The show was directed by Stephen Brackett with Chase Brock serving as choreographer. The LA Times reports that writer Ned Vizzini, whose 2006 debut novel 'It's Kind of a Funny Story,' was turned into a feature length film, died yesterday,Thursday December 19th at age 32 in New York
