Kohl's Department Stores announced a partnership with Peter Som, who will be the fourth designer for the retailer's DesigNation limited-edition collection. As part of the Kohl's DesigNation concept featuring premier designer fashions based on international inspiration, the collection will draw creative influence from Som's recent trip to St. Barths. The collection features apparel for her and will be available exclusively at Kohl's and Kohls.com beginning spring 2014.

Barneys New York, the luxury specialty retailer, announced the debut of its Fall 2013 women's designer campaign, All About Lou, featuring French model, actress and singer Lou Doillon. Shot by iconic photographers Inez Van Lamsweerde and Vinoodh Matadin, “All About Lou” reveals in Doillon a creative spirit, talented musician and a modern style icon.

The new Sundance Channel fashion show “Revealing: Extravagance” isn't your average fashion TV special. There are no contestants competing for a grand prize, no classing egos and no major meltdowns. Instead, “Revealing,” which airs Sept. 20 at 10 p.m., examines how modern society has become obsessed with luxury.

The invitation-only performance will take place today, February 14 at the Manhattan Movement and Art Center, just a few blocks from the tents at Lincoln Center.

Sex and the City 2 had its official New York City premiere last night, May 24th at Radio City Music Hall. The film will hit screens in the same date slot that Sex and the City did in 2008 on May 27.

In recognition of the Character Approved honorees and their accomplishments, USA in partnership with Vanity Fair hosted an invitation-only VIP cocktail reception in New York City on Thursday, February 25.

As BroadwayWorld previously reported, the USA Network announced that the ten honorees for the second annual Character Approved Awards, include Green Day and playwright Nora Ephron. The Character Approved Awards are a multimedia campaign honoring individuals who are changing the face of American culture. Inspired by USA's Characters Welcome brand, the initiative is dedicated to celebrating the true trailblazers across a variety of disciplines such as art, philanthropy, new media and film.
