WWE (NYSE: WWE) and Susan G. Komen will expand their partnership for their third annual breast cancer awareness campaign

Kohl's Department Stores and Katie Holmes invite women everywhere to start a conversation about their breast health in an effort to confront the 'pink elephant in the room' - breast cancer - and support the fight. As part of this initiative, Kohl's will donate up to $1 million to Susan G. Komen to help support the cause.

Leavine Family Racing (LFR) and country music band Jetset Getset have donated a quarter panel from the “Jetset Getset Ford” to benefit the Susan G. Komen® breast cancer organization, to be auctioned on eBay now throughDecember 16.

New Balance announced that it will launch the Lace Up 365 program to mark the 25th anniversary of its partnership with Susan G. Komen. To honor this milestone and those affected by breast cancer, starting November 1, 2013, supporters can dedicate their daily workouts to a breast cancer survivor featured each day on newbalance.com by tagging social media posts with the #LaceUp365 hashtag.

Author Dean Browning Webb pens an impressive publication that applies judicial symmetry of the Pinkerton Doctrine to RICO Conspiracy Litigation through the concept of mediate causation in RICO Conspiracy Law and the Pinkerton Doctrine.

Kohl's Department Stores announced the continuation of its partnerships with both the American Cancer Society and the Southeast Wisconsin Affiliate of Susan G. Komen with a $1.7 million donation from Kohl's and its philanthropic platform, Kohl's Cares.
