Actress Laura Liguori ('Charles' Story', 'Between Pretty Places', 'Marilyn, Madness and Me') is set to star as 'Laura' in GIRL ON A BED, written by award-winning American playwright Murray Mednick. Directed by Guy Zimmerman, GIRL ON A BED is based on a true story of a young girl from Los Angeles, who was found dead of a heroin overdose.
The Open Fist Theatre Company presents an 'Early Look' at the first installment of Murray Mednick's eight-play 'Gary Plays' cycle, directed by Padua Playwrights Artistic Director Guy Zimmerman. Three performances of Part I (comprised of Mednick's Tirade For Three, Gary's Walk and Girl on a Bed) will be presented on December 4th, 5th and 6th at the Skylight Theatre in Los Angeles, paving the way for a full production of the entire octet in 2016.

Urban Stages (Frances Hill, Founding Artistic Director, Peter Napolitano, Producer/Director of Musical Programming) today announced the line-up for this year's Award-Winning Musical event WINTER RHYTHMS 2015, which will begin Wednesday, December 2 and will feature some of New York's best musical performances through December 13, 2015 at Urban Stages Theatre.
