Today, May 4, New York based theater group, EBE Ensemble (Eric Alba, Artistic Director; Montgomery Sutton, Executive Director), announced that they are accepting submissions for their fourth annual new one-act play festival, Elephants on Parade 2011. Festival dates have not been announced.
