A STAR IS BORN - brought vividly to life by award-winning cabarettist Molly Pope - will now include a recently-rediscovered Harold Arlen and Ira Gershwin song, 'I'm Off the Down Beat,' written for the original film, but never used.

New York City's best cabaret venue has found a home in Seattle. In an all-new producing partnership, Teatro ZinZanni and Joe's Pub at The Public, one of New York City's most celebrated institutions for emerging and accomplished performance artists, present a brand new late night series, 'Joe's Pub Seattle.'

CAKE, a Princess Grace Award finalist written and directed by John J. Caswell, Jr. will be staged as a one night only conceptual reading at Dixon Place tonight, September 2nd, at 7:30PM, and will feature performances by Molly Pope (A Star is Born), Amanda Duarte (Dead Darlings), Adam Enright (2Scoops), James Jackson (The Black-Ups), Joshua Cruz (Wig Out), and Emily Pintel (Dream of the Red Chamber).

The New York Musical Festival (NYMF) presented the Women of Note concert series, celebrating female, queer and trans artists who are changing the landscape of musical theatre, on Monday, August 1 at The Duke on 42nd Street. Featuring dynamic sounds and incredible performers, this one-night-only concert event showcased even more artists than last year in two back-to-back performances. Broadway Unplugged, the critically acclaimed concert with 'Sound Design by God' returned to Town Hall for its record-breaking 14th season last night, July 25. The concert starred Tony Award Winner Chuck Cooper, 2X Tony Nominee Tom Wopat, Olivier Nominee Kyle Scatliffe, 2X Drama Desk Nominee Alix Korey, Drama Desk Nominee Ryan Silverman, downtown diva Molly Pope, and many more award-winning stars.
