The YouTube Original series Impulse, a thrilling sci-fi that follows rebellious 16-year-old Henry as she grapples with her newfound ability to teleport, is available NOW on YouTube Premium. With 10 hour-long episodes, the series from Doug Liman stars Maddie Hasson as “Henrietta” (“Henry”) and Missi Pyle as Henry's mom “Cleo” who are outsiders in a small town and can't seem to escape the odd occurrences that keep disrupting their lives.

IMPULSE features a rebellious 16-year-old girl “Henrietta” (“Henry”) played by Maddie Hasson (“Twisted,” “The Finder”). Missi Pyle (“Gone Girl,” “Charlie and the Chocolate Factory”) plays “Henry's” mother “Cleo.” Henry has always felt different from her peers and has longed to escape from her seemingly quaint small town. She soon discovers she has the extraordinary ability to teleport. This newfound power confirms her conviction that she really was different from everybody else, but it now makes her the focus of those who want to control her.

Her indie dramedy, Miss Arizona -which she wrote, produced and directed -was recently announced to premiere at the 4th Annual Bentonville Film Festival. From YouTube Red, Universal Cable Productions and Hypnotic comes the teaser for YouTube Red Original series IMPULSE, a genre-bending action-thriller created by Doug Liman, starring Maddie Hasson and Missi Pyle.  Impulse will premiere this summer.

On January 24, 2017 composer and orchestrator, Lynne Shankel will release her debut album as a songwriter, BARE NAKED which will feature 21 of her original songs including songs she wrote with lyricist Jon Hartmere for bare: The Musical, which played at New World Stages in 2012.
