Join Tamara Tunie as she celebrates the music of the legendary artists that hail from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania: the city of Three Rivers. 'Growing up in Pittsburgh, I had an inkling of the many musical talents who were from 'the 'Burgh,' but was thrilled to learn the depth to which those waters ran,' says Ms Tunie. A dream cabaret pairing comes to Segerstrom Center for the Arts when Grammy® Award-winning artist Jimmy Webb and Grammy and Drama Desk-nominated vocalist Maureen McGovern perform three concerts in their Cabaret Series debuts today, April 11 - 13 in Samueli Theater. This will also be Webb's Center debut, while McGovern appeared at the Center during the 2004 - 2005 Broadway Series as Marmee in the national tour of Little Women. The New York Times proclaims McGovern as 'blessed with a vocal technique second to none' and says that Webb is 'at the top of his game.'

This spring the L.A.-based Joanne Tatham gives New York another whirl as she returns to the Metropolitan Room with her critically acclaimed cabaret concert 'Soundtrack New York.' Tatham's fast-paced guided tour of songs from films shot on the streets of Manhattan plays four nights -- Tuesday May 13 at 7pm, Saturday May 17 at 4pm, Sunday May 18 at 9:30pm and Sunday June 1 at 7pm.

Jazz Vocalist Hilary Kole returns to the Cooperstown Summer Music Festival to sing a selection of classic standards and contemporary songs about love, loss, and the journey to find one's true heart. The concert will feature songs from Cole Porter, Elvis Costello, Irving Berlin, Paul Simon, and more.
