After making their Fort Worth debut last season, The Midtown Men return to Bass Performance Hall for two performances on December 1, as shown in this newly-released promo for their show.

To commemorate the 100-year anniverary of August Strindberg's death Scandinavian American Theater Company has commissioned a diverse group of the most exciting American and Scandinavian dramatists to write short 15-20 minute plays in response to Strindberg's iconic 'Miss Julie'.

Tonight, August 31, the acclaimed singing group THE MIDTOWN MEN begin a three night run with the Houston Symphony. This marks the premiere of the symphonic version of the act's 2012/2013 "Sixties Hits" tour, which kicked off August 18th in Asbury Park.

The Van Wezel Performing Arts Hall announces its Legendary 2012-2013 Season, including some of the biggest and stars in entertainment. The Palace Theatre opened its doors 85 years ago this June 2nd under the direction of Stamford resident Mary Vuono who owned and operated the theater as a vaudeville and motion-picture house in 1927. The Midtown Men, a touring group starring four of the original cast members from JERSEY BOYS, are still touring the country singing '60s classics, and they just arrived in Iowa to sing at the Diamond Jo Casino May 18 and the Winnavegas Casino May 19. Stars from Broadway, Off-Broadway, and primetime TV are set to appear in "Four Scores and Seven Shows Ago...", a new musical revue by New York theater composer Daniel Lincoln, which premieres in concert at the Laurie Beechman Theater tonight, May 14 at 9:30pm as a benefit for Broadway Cares / Equity Fights Aids.
