ABC has picked up holiday movie Same Time, Next Christmas, starring Lea Michele, according to The Hollywood Reporter. The television film hails from Freeform Studios, the production arm of Freeform.

The production opens tomorrow, May 31st and runs for three weekends, Fridays and Saturdays as 8pm and Sundays at 3pm, under the direction of Liz Millea. The Michael Chekhov Association (MICHA), the not-for-profit organization dedicated to preserving the artistic vision and technique of Michael Chekhov, today announced that Tony-nominated actress and educator Michele Shay will receive the first-ever Zelda Fichandler Scholarship. Established in Fall 2017 to benefit the next generation of Chekhov teachers and practitioners, the Scholarship provides full tuition for two weeks to MICHA's International Michael Chekhov Workshop, which takes place every summer at Connecticut College in New London, Connecticut.

Bergen County Players to Present RELATIVELY SPEAKING

The Bergen County Players will be presenting the first two one-act plays in the laugh-out-loud trilogy Relatively Speaking for two performances only, at 2 pm on Saturday, January 27th and 7 pm on Sunday January 28th. Performances will take place at The Little Firehouse Theatre, 298 Kinderkamanck Road in Oradell.
