What happens when you mix equal parts Murder, She Wrote with Mad Libs? You get Billy Mitchell's rib-tickling theatrical confection VILLAIN: DeBLANKS. Currently enjoying a residency at The Triad, audiences can catch the madcap hilarity on the first Sunday of each month through April 3, 2016.

Hailed as an 'off-the-hook inclusive comedy...with big laughs' by KABC-LA, 'Brenda Braxton presents Villain: DeBlanks' amazing December 6 cast featured the gloriously funny Geneva Carr (currently on Broadway in 'Hand to God'), wickedly clever Tony-winner Daisy Eagan ('Secret Garden'), the uniquely delightful Lauren Elder ('Sideshow,' 'HAIR'), multi-talented award-winning composer/lyricist Bobby Cronin ('Mary and Max,' '(un)Lucky in Love'), hilarious and handsome Hunter Ryan Herdlicka (current revival of 'Once Upon A Mattress,' 'A Little Night Music'), and inveterate reviewer, former president of the Drama Desk Awards, and champion of the theater, Peter Filichia.

BRENDA BRAXTON PRESENTS VILLAIN: DEBLANKS began monthly performances Sunday night, November 1, The Triad NYC, and the audience and cast alike laughed themselves silly. Sometimes it was the script, sometimes it was the delivery, sometimes it was a brilliant combination of the two, but whichever it was, the room never got quiet from the opening line. Following the announcement of Friends in Theater Company and State of Play Productions, a second show of "The Secret Garden" has been added due to high ticket demand.

Friends in Theater Company announces their 2016 production: The Secret Garden. The one-night-only performance will benefit the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Metro New York and Western New York. Directed and choreographed by Curtis Holbrook, The Secret Garden will feature original cast members and Broadway stars on Monday, January 11, 2016 at 7:30pm at the Lucille Lortel Theater (121 Christopher Street New York, NY 10014).

Starring Emmy winners, Tony winners, and an array of the funniest people in show biz, these benefit shows have had audiences (and casts) literally breathless from laughing. Jeremy Jordan has unfortunately had to cancel his upcoming concerts -- July 27 & 28 -- at the Crown & Anchor's Paramount Cabaret. His commitments to the new CBS television series SUPERGIRL prevent him from travelling to Provincetown this summer.

 BALLOON BOY: THE MUSICAL, a new musical featuring book, music and lyrics by Billy Recce, will be presented in the 2015 New York Musical Theatre Festival Developmental Reading Series.

What happens when three Broadway titans come together for a one-night-only, pull-out-all-the-stops spectacle? We don't know either, but three soon-to-be sensations are ready to take the stage, giving you a taste of future stardom! See it happen this Sunday, June 28, 2015 at 9:30pm at the Laurie Beechman Theater (407 W. 42nd Street New York, NY 10036).

On Wednesday, May 6th select eighth grade students at the Professional Performing Arts School (PPAS) will take part in a special song interpretation masterclass. Broadway actors Jason Gotay and Stephanie Gibson will be leading the masterclass. Six students were picked by PPAS voice teacher Brad Siebeking to work one on one with Ms. Gibson and Mr. Gotay.

The cult classic musical Reefer Madness, with book and lyrics by Kevin Murphy and book and music by Dan Studney, was presented in concert at 54 Below on April 19 and 20, featuring original cast members from the production and movie, Christian Campbell, John Kassir, Harry S. Celia Keenan-Bolger, Liz Callaway, Caissie Levy and more welcomed Gavin Creel back to the U.S. (and to The Book of Mormon on Broadway) after his award-winning performance in The Book of Mormon on London's West End by performing songs Gavin has written, recorded, or loved in this one-night-only concert at Joe's Pub on March 30th at 9:30pm. On January 9th, Broadway's biggest belters celebrated the best-selling Canadian music artist in history, Celine Dion, in an evening of epic power ballads, and classic pop tunes at 54 Below.

On November 14th at 9:30PM the cast of POP NATION gathered at 54 Below to sing the greatest hits of their favorite late '90s boy bands and pop princesses. Audiences heard their favorite tunes by the Backstreet Boys, *N'Sync, Britney Spears, Christina Aguilera, Ricky Martin, Kelly Clarkson, Jessica Simpson, Mandy Moore, O-Town and more as this close-knit cast celebrates and remembers one of the greatest eras in Pop Music history.
