5000 Broadway Productions presents its newest production, Vestments of the Gods, as part of the 18th annual New York International Fringe Festival - FringeNYC. Vestments of the Gods is a musical play written by Owen Panettieri with music by David Carl and lyrics by Owen Panettieri. The show will run for five performances during the festival at FringeNYC Venue #7: Theatre 80 on St. Marks Place.

Last night 'Villain: DeBlanks' made its New York debut at 54 Below, and the photos say it all. Beginning the night collecting words from the audience, and then reading the resulting script - unedited and unrehearsed - the uproarious first night cast included Bobby Cronin, Bernard Dotson, Barrett Foa, Lesli Margherita, Nancy Opel, Ryann Redmond, and Heather Shisler. REEFER MADNESS, the cult classic with book and lyrics by Kevin Murphy and book and music by Dan Studney, just played a one night only benefit concert at New World Stages. Directed by Ilana Ransom Toeplitz and produced by Shoshana Feinstein, the event featured Constantine Maroulis (Jekyll & Hyde, Rock of Ages), Telly Leung ('Glee', Godspell), Harry S. Murphy (Reefer Madness),Allison Scagliotti ('Warehouse 13,' Jasper in Deadland), Kevin Carolan (Newsies, The Jungle Book), America Olivo ('Chicago, P.D.'), Alan Cumming (Cabaret, 'The Good Wife'), Lea Delaria ('Orange is the New Black'), Amy Spanger (Elf, 'Reefer Madness' film), James Snyder (If/Then), Lesli Margherita (Matilda), Christian Campbell (Reefer Madness), Thomas Dekker ('The Secret Circle,' 'A Nightmare on Elm Street') John Kassir (Reefer Madness), and Jenna Leigh Green (Wicked). The Sheen Center - a brand new arts center located on the corner of Bleecker and Elizabeth Streets (18 Bleecker Street) in Manhattan, consisting of two state-of-the-art theater spaces (the 250-seat Loretto Auditorium and the 93-seat Black Box), four studios and an art gallery - is currently completing construction and scheduled for a soft opening on May 1, 2014 and a full opening season beginning September 2014, it has been announced by The Sheen Center's Artistic Director Jessica Bashline and Executive Director Monsignor Michael F. Hull.

On the eve of Valentine's Day, Kara Lindsay, currently starring in Disney's 'Newsies' on Broadway, was joined on-stage by her husband Kevin Massey (Memphis), her college best friend Kirsten Scott (Big Fish), Santino Fontana ('Frozen'), his girlfriend Jessica Hershberg (Cinderella), Drew Gehling (Jersey Boys), his wife Sara Jean Ford (The Phantom of the Opera), Patrick Cummings (Happiness), his girlfriend, Alessa Neeck (Cinderella), Thea Brooks (Dirty Dancing), and musical director Benjamin Rauhala (Hit List) in a celebration of Broadway romance, both on and off-stage. The evening will also feature bluegrass trio 'Shubert Alley,' featuring Kevin Massey, his brother Patrick Massey, and Jamison Scott (Spider-Man). Also featured in the concert were Aaron Albano (Newsies), Stephen Joshua Thompson, Antwayn Hopper (Hair), and Devin Ilaw (Les Miserables). They were accompanied by Rauhala on the keys, and Charlie Rosen (One Man, Two Guvnors), who will alternate on bass, acoustic guitar, and drums. Scroll down for photos!

New York's hottest composers have gotten into bed with lyricist Alex Rubin for her premiere concert, Lyric Tramp: The Songs of Alex Rubin. The concert, which will feature Alex Rubin's lyrics, paired with the music of 8 different composers, will take place on Monday, December 16, 2013 at The Laurie Beechman Theatre (407 W. 42 St, New York, NY).

Primary Stages presents Solo Train: An Evening of Solo Performers by emerging artists guided by renowned actress and Emmy Award-winning writer Judy Gold (The Judy Show: My Life as a Sitcom, 'The Rosie O'Donnell Show'), tonight, January 24 at 7PM and 9PM at the Bank Street Theater (155 Bank Street). Inspired by stories from his or her own life, each writer/performer has honed their performance to its most essential elements during the past semester at ESPA. Some stories are hilarious. Some stories are moving. Each story is bracingly fresh.
