My Fair Lady (running tonight, June 15, through June 21) is the opening production of The Muny's 97th summer season. 

The Muny announced today the cast for its production of Disney's Beauty and the Beast (July 29 - August 7). With music by Alan Menken, lyrics by Howard Ashman and Tim Rice, and book by Linda Woolverton, this beloved family classic is directed by Matt Lenz, choreographed by Vince Pesce and music directed by Ben Whiteley.

The Muny announced today the complete cast for its production of Alan Jay Lerner (book & lyrics) and Frederick Loewe's (music) classic My Fair Lady. The production will be directed by Marc Bruni, choreographed by Chris Bailey and music directed by Ben Whiteley.

Following the sold-out Manhattan-based concert series The Papering Sessions, a successful digital album release, and the launch of the online docu-series Off the Wall, songwriter Blake Pfeil has released the music video for the title track off his debut album Wallpaper. NBC's PETER PAN LIVE, the network special from executive producers Craig Zadan and Neil Meron, will air on December 4. Preparing to sprinkle fairy dust across America, NBC presents a bold new LIVE television production of the classic Broadway musical that will gather friends, families and anyone who refuses to ever grow up. As BroadwayWorld previously reported, the special will star Allison Williams, Christopher Walken, Christian Borle, Kelli O'Hara, Taylor Louderman and Alanna Saunders for the live production.

The St. Louis Muny's cast of THE ADDAMS FAMILY, which ran from July 14th through 20th, created a video remix of Beyonce's 'Pretty Hurts.' The remix is very much in the style of the show itself, as each of the actors is clad in creepy, kooky, monster-like costumes.

'We spent many months last year searching through anthologies and old books looking for just the right play to take on,' says Artistic Director Keith Paul Medelis. 'Eventually we came to look at Edward II published in 1593. It is not frequently produced but there is magic in it.' Edward the Second will play tonight, March 1-31.
