STAGE TUBE: Arena's OKLAHOMA! in Performance!

Arena Stage begins a new life in its renovated home at the Mead Center for American Theater in Southwest D.C., opening its inaugural season with a classic American musical that similarly embraces life on a new frontier. Rodgers and Hammerstein's Oklahoma! is the first production at the Mead Center and features an all-star cast under the direction of Artistic Director Molly Smith. Rodgers and Hammerstein's Oklahoma! runs October 22-December 26, 2010 in the Fichandler Stage. There is already buzz of a Broadway transfer surrounding the show. Military Discount For 'Chaps! A Jingle Jangle Christmas'

Orlando Shakespeare Theater in Partnership with UCF is proud to announce that all active military personnel are eligible to receive $10 off single tickets to 'Chaps! A Jingle Jangle Christmas' and any remaining show in the 2010-2011 Signature Series. This discount is available to all active military, National Guard or Reservists and their spouses. Individuals must present a valid military ID to qualify. Each eligible member or spouse may purchase one ticket per performance.

The 6pm concert will host some of Broadway's leading voices, lending their support to this vital organization that provides suicide prevention efforts among lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and questioning youth.

Asolo Repertory Theatre announced the complete cast of its upcoming production of Bonnie & Clyde a thrilling new musical with book by Ivan Menchell (The Cemetery Club, Chitty Chitty Bang Bang); music by Frank Wildhorn (Jekyll & Hyde, The Scarlet Pimpernel); lyrics by Tony Award-winner Don Black (Sunset Boulevard, Song and Dance); Music Supervision, Arrangements and Orchestrations by John McDaniel; and direction and musical staging by Tony Award- winner Jeff Calhoun (Deaf West's Big River and Pippin, Grease!). The production runs from November 16 - December 19, 2010 on the Asolo Rep mainstage-The Mertz Theatre. The press opening is November 19, at 8 p.m.

Joining the cast were four special guests, all of whom originated roles in Sondheim musicals: Len Cariou (Sweeney Todd, A Little night Music), Annie Golden (Assassins), Victoria Mallory (A Little Night Music) and Sarah Rice (Sweeney Todd).
