The Green Room 42 brings New Generation Theater Company's 'Let Me Be Your Star' to New York City for a one night only engagement. 'Let Me Be Your Star' is a musical tribute to one of NBC's most treasured TV series SMASH. The performance will play Saturday, April 13th at 9:30pm at The Green Room 42. The night will feature numbers such as History Is Made at Night, They Just Keep Moving the Line, Never Give All the Heart, Broadway Here I Come, Let Me Be Your Star and more!
The final round of the 2014 Fearless Icon Vocal Competition takes place Sunday, Dec. 14 from 7-9 p.m. at Union County Performing Arts Center, 1601 Irving Street, Rahway NJ. The 2012 Paper Mill Playhouse Rising Star Awards ceremony took place today, June 5th at the Millburn theater. Schools nominated for Outstanding Overall Musical and Leading Actor/Actress nominees performed at the event and award recipients were presented with an engraved crystal award from Paper Mill Playhouse Rising Star Awards partner, Tiffany & Co.
Among the former Paper Mill Playhouse Rising Star Awards for Excellence in High School Musical Theatre nominees and winners are Academy Award nominee Anne Hathaway, Tony award winner Laura Benanti and 2011 Tony Award winner, Nikki M. James.
