The Des Moines Community Playhouse presents the Tony Award nominated musical 'Dirty Rotten Scoundrels,' Mar. 25-Apr. 17, 2011.

National radio personality, FOX News Channel contributor, and former Greenville resident Mike Gallagher returns to the Upstate to star in the musical comedy hit, Dirty Rotten Scoundrels, opening tonight and running through April 16.

SWIMMING AT THE RITZ, a new play by Charles Leipart, begins a 4-stop UK tour on Monday, 14 March, at the Devonshire Park Theatre, in Eastbourne, playing through 16 March.

Paying tribute to silver screen legends like Judy Garland, Audrey Hepburn, Bing Crosby, and Bob Hope, Andrea illuminates how movie music has scored our lives and loves. The evening will feature a dazzling array of movie songs from the 1930s through the 1990s - with such classics as 'The Way We Were,' 'Thanks for the Memory,' 'Days of Wine and Roses,' and 'As Time Goes By.' *Champagne reception to follow each performance. Nominated for 10 Tony Awards, this funny musical has a book by Jeffrey Lane and music and lyrics by David Yazbek. 'Theatrical pizzazz!' says The Daily News. 'Scoundrels' is directed by WFPH artistic director Danny Weathers, with musical direction by Michael Fauss and choregraphy by Penny Leto and Christine Marguerite, the same team responsible for such hits as 'Reefer Madness,' 'Urinetown' and last year's 'The Full Monty,' which sold-out every performance.

Star of stage, screen and cabaret Andrea Marcovicci has been dubbed 'the Callas of Cabaret' by The Philadelphia Inquirer. This edge-of-your-seat mystery begins February 17 and runs through March 20 at 1040 Ridge Road, Munster, Indiana, with the press performance on February 20, 2011 at 7 p.m. The production, directed by William Pullinsi, stars Larry Yando and Lance Baker.
