Previews begin this Friday, March 16 for the Playwrights Horizons (Tim Sanford, Artistic Director; Leslie Marcus, Managing Director) world premiere production of THIS FLAT EARTH, a new play by Lindsey Ferrentino (Ugly Lies the Bone, the current Amy and the Orphans).  Directed by Tony Award winner Rebecca Taichman (Familiar, Stage Kiss, Milk Like Sugar at Playwrights; Indecent), the play is the fourth production of the theater company's 2017/2018 Season.  

Town Hall Theatre Company (THT) is excited to announce four powerhouse productions for its 2018/19 Season: LOST & FOUND. Town Hall's LOST & FOUND Season opens with the Bay Area premiere of Lauren Gunderson's seriously smart comedy The Revolutionists; continues with Great Expectations, the West Coast premiere of Grace Childs Daly's high-energy adaptation of Dickens' beloved novel; followed by Brooklyn Bridge, a captivating play for the whole family by Melissa James Gibson; and closes with the sizzling musical farce Women on the Verge of a Nervous Breakdown, based on Pedro Almodovar's film, with book by Jeffrey Lane, music and lyrics?by David Yazbek. Lincoln Center Theater's Platform Series, a forum for public discussion between Lincoln Center Theater artists and interested theatergoers, continues on Wednesday, March 7th at 6pm with JOSHUA HARMON and DANIEL AUKIN, the playwright and director of LCT's production of the new play ADMISSIONS, which begins previews tomorrow, Thursday, February 15 and opens on Monday, March 12 at the Mitzi E. Warwick Davis and Kevin Wood have announced that 'Star Wars' legend Mark Hamill as the voice of 'Kevin The Robot' in 'Eugenius! The Musical' which is currently playing for a strictly limited run at The Other Palace until 3 March 2018.

Four projects representing diverse world voices, each with bold and independent visions of how art can elevate the human experience, comprise this year's selected projects for the two-week Sundance Institute Theatre Lab at the Massachusetts Museum of Contemporary Art (MASS MoCA), convening December 3-17, 2017, with a public performance of another project slated for December 9. The Theatre Labs process is rigorous and generative. Dedicated to the creation and development of forward-thinking theater; projects are cast individually, rehearsed daily and benefit from concentrated, uninterrupted time and resources.
