BWW Review: THE GLASS MENAGERIE at Denver Center Theatre Company

Tennessee Williams has a knack for making me want to quote lines from his shows. These are the kinds of plays I can't wait to talk about for days after, and the current Denver Center Theatre Company's first-ever production of The Glass Menagerie exceeded each one of my expectations.

Cast, Creative Teams Set for DCPA's GLASS MENAGERIE and FRANKENSTEIN

The Denver Center for the Performing Arts (DCPA) has announced the full casting and artistic teams for their fall Theater Company productions of The Glass Menagerie and Frankenstein. The lineup includes returning artists from past seasons, new collaborators, and familiar faces from the Colorado theatre community.

Curious Theatre Company Presents GOOD PEOPLE, Now thru 4/19

Curious Theatre Company presents David Lindsay-Abaire's Good People, directed by Artistic Company Member Christy Montour-Larson. The production runs March 6 - April 19, 2014 at 1080 Acoma Street, Denver. The opening night is March 8, 2014, at 8 p.m.

Adeline K. Sutter to Lead Red Branch's DEAR EDWINA; Full Cast Announced

Tickets have now been released for individual sale for Dear Edwina. This charming show-within-a-show chronicles Edwina Spoonapple's quest to woo a talent scout by giving musical advice for the neighborhood from her garage. She counsels her community of Paw Paw, Michigan on everyday etiquette through zany songs and dances produced by the Spoonapple Repertory Theatre. While Dear Edwina, Jr. is a favorite of school drama departments, the full version with adult actors is rarely produced. This production marks the area premiere of the fully staged production of this title, which received two Drama Desk Award Nominations for its Off-Broadway run in 2009.

I LOVE YOU, YOU’RE PERFECT, NOW CHANGE Closes at Galleria Theatre on 10/14

I LOVE YOU, YOU'RE PERFECT, NOW CHANGE playing the Garner Galleria Theatre will close on October 14 with Denver's favorite fast-talking Tupperware lady returning just in time for the holidays. Denver Center Attractions Extends I LOVE YOU, YOU’RE PERFECT, NOW CHANGE Through the Summer

Due to popular demand, Denver Center Attractions announces an additional extension of I LOVE YOU, YOU'RE PERFECT, NOW CHANGE to feature a new summer schedule and prices. For performances July 3 - September 1 all tickets to the Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday matinee performances are $24. The summer performance schedule begins July 17. Tickets are now on sale through October 14 at www.denvercenter.org or by calling 303.893.4100.

Due to an overwhelming response to their current production of Les Miserables (School Edition), Drama Learning Center's Teen Professional Company, TYA (Teaching Young Actors), announces that it will be extending its performance schedule for one more weekend from June 28-29 at Drama Learning Center in Columbia.
