Today, Decmeber 17, Broadway's Kristin Chenoweth appeared on Access Hollywood Live and gave away some details on her next GLEE appearance. Even better, Chenoweth chatted about the new sitcom that Ryan Murphy is creating for her. Chenoweth confirmed rumors that she will star in a new musical series, which is aimed at more mature audiences than GLEE.

The legendary Barbra Streisand will be honored by the Recording Academy as the MusiCares Person of the Year. She will be acknowledged for her achievements at a February 11 dinner and concert, which is to feature performances by Kristin Chenoweth, Tony Bennett, Stevie Wonder, Herbie Hancock, Barry Manilow, Diana Krall, and more. Also set for appearances are GLEE cast members Lea Michele, Matthew Morrison and Darren Criss.

The New York Times has announced that a rep for Katie Couric has confirmed that the CBS Evening News host will make an appearance on GLEE on the post-Superbowl episode. Deadline reports that 'Couric would play herself in a scene with Emmy winner Jane Lynch,' however no official details about the episode have been revealed.

A distinguished list of entertainers will join in honoring Tony Award® and Emmy Award® winning actor Billy Crystal, Class of 1970, at the Tisch School of Arts' annual gala, The Face of Tisch. Those scheduled to participate include Christina Bianco '03, The Bob Cantwell New Orleans Jazz Band, Seán Curran '84, James Franco '11, Whoopi Goldberg, Marcia Gay Harden '88, Isaiah Johnson '10, Jesse L. Martin '91, Krysta Rodriguez '06, Paul Shaffer, Noah Weisberg '98, and Robin Williams. The event will be held on Monday, December 6th at the renowned Frederick P. Rose Hall, home of Jazz at Lincoln Center.
