WRITERS AVENUE THEATRE COMPANY, founded by its Artistic Director, Sandra Thompson-Quartey, specialises in finding, developing and staging new plays by first-time writers.   In June 2017 Writers Avenue will be moving into the award-winning Courtyard Theatre in Hoxton, London and will be programming work for the main theatre which features 130-150 seats within a highly flexible space.

WaterTower Theatre today announced casting details for its holiday show, It's A Wonderful Life: A Live Radio Play. The ensemble cast, directed by Mark Fleischer, features Jessica Cavanagh (last appeared at WaterTower Theatre in August: Osage Country), Matt Moore (last appeared at WTT in The Lieutenant of Inishmore), Jim Johnson (last appeared at WTT in The Great American Trailer Park Musical), Lydia MacKay (last appeared at WTT in As You Like It) and B.J. Cleveland, who makes his WTT stage debut in this production.

WaterTower Theatre Producing Artistic Director Terry Martin today announced casting details for Martin McDonagh's The Lieutenant of Inishmore, directed by Terry Martin. The production will be performed on the Main Stage, January 7-February 6, 2011. The cast features Jason C. Kane as Donny; Tony Daussat as Davey; Matt Moore as Padraic; Kayla Carlyle as Mairead; Matt Tolbert as James; Clay Yocum as Christy; Ian Ferguson as Brendan and Evan Fuller as Joey.

WaterTower Theatre (WTT) continues its 2008‐2009 season with the landmark American drama by Tennessee Williams, The Glass Menagerie. It will run April 2 - 19, 2009. In Tennessee Williams' powerful and poetic memory play, The Glass Menagerie, Tom is torn between the duty to his overbearing mother Amanda and his desire to escape the shackles of his life. Trapped between the two is the delicate and isolated Laura.
