ROCKTOPIA Co-Creators, vocalist and recording artist Rob Evan, a member of the multi-platinum-selling rock band, Trans- Siberian Orchestra; and Maestro Randall Craig Fleischer, a national leader in the area of symphonic rock and world music fusion have collaborated to bring together a world class cast of vocalists and musicians. ROCKTOPIA LIVE will debut at the King Center for the Performing Arts for one night only on Friday, April 21 at 8 p.m. Tickets go on sale February 10 at Noon. One of Time Out New York's Top 10 Cabaret Artists for 2013, Tori Scott, returns to Joe's Pub tonight, August 24, 2015 her new solo show, THIRSTY!, a celebration of poor life choices, a crippling need for attention, and a regrettable love of vodka.
Based on the Broadway musical thriller written by Frank Wildhorn and Leslie Bricusse, Jekyll & Hyde Resurrection is a live concert featuring the music and songs from the 2006 album starring Rob Evan and Kate Shindle, and produced byFrank Wildhorn and Jeremy Roberts. The album inspired a full symphonic version of the musical that toured the US and South Korea directed by Producer/Director Vincent Marini. This musical retelling of the Robert Louis Stevenson classic takes a modern, dark and Rock influenced approach with the three stars and a full rock band delivering the highly charged and melodic score.
