Tere O'Connor Dance visits ODC Theater in November

ODC Theater is proud to present Tere O'Connor Dance in the West Coast premiere of Long Run. Performances run November 14 – 16, Thursday to Saturday at 8 p.m. Tickets are $15 - $30, and may be purchased online at odc.dance/tickets or by phone at 415-863-9834.

Steven Boyer, Patrick Page and Mary Testa to Star in RETURN TO THE FORBIDDEN PLANET, One Night Only

Red Bull Theater today announced the cast for the one-night-only, all-star benefit concert performance of the Olivier Award-winning Best Musical Return to Forbidden Planet, a musical of Shakespearean proportions by Bob Carlton. The 2019-'20 Season kick-off event will take place Monday October 21st at the Peter Norton Symphony Space (2537 Broadway at 95th Street).

Int'l Contemporary Ensemble (ICE), NYU Skirball Presents Two Premieres

International Contemporary Ensemble (ICE) returns to NYU Skirball following its critically acclaimed, sold-out run of the whisper opera in 2018, with Soundlines, two premieres by composer and MacArthur Fellow George Lewis, on October 18 and 19 at 7:30 pm at NYU Skirball.  The program features the NYC premiere of Soundlines: A Dreaming Track, a spoken-word musical journey; and the U.S. premiere of P. Multitudinis, a sound environment featuring seven ensembles.

Eryc Taylor Dance Kicks Off Bryant Park Outdoor Contemporary Dance Program

Eryc Taylor Dance (ETD) will join Bryant Park's Contemporary Dance Program with three of their most popular repertory works on Friday, June 22. The program is from 6-8pm, with Eryc Taylor presenting at 6:45pm. Bryant Park is located behind the New York Public Library in Midtown Manhattan, between 40th and 42nd Streets & Fifth and Sixth Avenues. The annual Bryant Park dance series will feature acclaimed contemporary dance choreographers on five back-to-back summer Fridays in June and July; open to the public, there is no admission charge. Lady K-Fever Highlights LEAP's Bronx Student Exhibition At Claremont Park June 19

Popular New York street artist Lady K-Fever will join more than 100 NYC public school students in the Bronx portion of what is one of the largest public displays of student art in New York City. LEAP's Rising Voices: Bronx Student Public Art Exhibition will be held Tuesday, June 19, at Claremont Park, 3:30 pm to 5 pm. The event location is in the northern end of Claremont Park, just south of the park house and gazebo. Students from six Bronx classes in three schools will display ordinary cafeteria tables turned into social justice murals advocating for issues of concern to the students.
