16th Street Theater's ninth season 2016 continues with the world premiere of A. Luther Burbank Center for the Arts (The Center) has announced 16 new events and performances for 2016-2017, featuring world-class performances in music, dance, comedy, speakers and family entertainment.  Tickets will be available to members of Luther Burbank Center for the Arts beginning Monday, May 23, 2016 and on sale to the general public on Friday, June 3, 2016 at noon. Today, Luther Burbank Center for the Arts (The Center) announced that arranger and producer Scott Bradlee will bring his genre-busting group, Postmodern Jukebox, to Santa Rosa on Tuesday, November 22, 2016 at 8 p.m. The YouTube sensation, known for its rotating collective of musicians and vocalists, re-imagines modern pop hits in the style of jazz, ragtime, and swing classics of the 1920s-1950s.

Today, Luther Burbank Center for the Arts and the Santa Rosa Symphony announced the lineup for their 2016-2017 Symphony Pops Series collaboration. The new season marks the twelfth year of the Symphony Pops Series. Led by Principal Pops Conductor Michael Berkowitz, the series will be presented in the Ruth Finley Person Theater at Luther Burbank Center for the Arts.  The concert offerings include hits from Maestro Berkowitz's voluminous library of popular music, a special Charlie Brown Christmas Concert, a showcase of The Great American Songbook and a tribute to the legends of country music.
