Former Nickelodeon Exec Marjorie Cohn To Lead DreamWorks' New Television Efforts

DreamWorks Animation (DWA) has named children's programming leader and former Nickelodeon executive Marjorie Cohn as its first-ever Head of Television, overseeing the production and development for DreamWorks Animation's television efforts. A 26-year veteran of Nickelodeon, Cohn most recently held the role of President, Content Development, completing a Nickelodeon tenure during which she was engaged in the development, creation and production of some of the most successful children's programs in television history including SpongeBob Squarepants, Rugrats, iCarly, and the Kids' Choice Awards. With Cohn's contributions, Nickelodeon grew to be the number one cable broadcaster in the world.

When Mark Taylor needed funds to complete his third CD, he turned to an unconventional source. friends, family and fans. Working with the fan-funding website RocketHub.com, Mark's project raised enough money to cover duplication and design costs. Taylor will present the results of this unusual collaboration at the CD release party for At What Age May 29th at Cornelia St. Cafe.
