Boeing-Boeing, the high-flying, Tony award-winning comedy that had Broadway and West End audiences airborne with laughter, is taking off on the Alley's Hubbard Stage, June 4 - June 27, 2010. Marc Camoletti's comedy, translated by Beverly Cross and Francis Evans is the final production of the Alley Theatre's 2009-2010 season.

The first major revival of David Hirson's Olivier Award-winning comedy LA BÊTE starring Tony and Olivier Award winner Mark Rylance, Tony and Emmy Award winner David Hyde Pierce, and BAFTA Award winner (and star of 'Absolutely Fabulous') Joanna Lumley will play Broadway's Music Box Theatre (239 West 45th Street) beginning September 23, 2010. This new production, helmed by acclaimed director Matthew Warchus (God of Carnage, Boeing-Boeing, The Norman Conquests), will officially open October 14, 2010. This immediately follows a limited summer engagement at the Comedy Theatre in London's West End from June 26-September 4, 2010 with opening night set for July 7.

Marcia Milgrom Dodge, whose critically acclaimed production of 'Ragtime' transferred from the Kennedy Center to Broadway last fall and is nominated for six Helen Hayes Awards, will direct and choreograph the Reprise Theatre Company production of the 1962 Pulitzer Prize winner 'How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying.' The production will end its run May 23rd.

Scripps Award at Theatre for a New Audience's 30th Anniversary Gala Celebrating Shakespeare's 446th Birthday. The celebration, Monday, May 10, will be held at The Powerhouse at the American Museum of Natural History, Central Park West at 79th Street.

Shakespeare's Globe Celebrates St George's Day - And Shakespeare's Birthday

Shakespeare's Globe will be honouring two of England's biggest historical and cultural icons with a host of weekend events to celebrate St George's Day and Shakespeare's 446th birthday. The weekend will include the popular Sonnet Walks on Saturday 17 April as well as a free Open Day, supported by the Mayor of London's St George's Day celebrations on Sunday 18 April. The 2010 theatre season entitled Kings and Rogues will open on Friday 23 April, the day of Shakespeare's birthday.
