Liz Callaway has joined the roster of stellar performers in Great Entertainers on Broadway, the new summer series of live performances by some of today's most talented and well known stage, television and cabaret entertainers which premieres in late July and early August at the Times Square Arts Center (TSAC) in the heart of New York City's world famous theatre district.
Last night, May 4, the Board of Directors of the Manhattan Association of Cabarets & Clubs presented the 2010 MAC Awards at B.B. King Blues Club and Grill in Times Square. The awards ceremony and show, produced by Julie Miller and directed by Lennie Watts, was hosted by Sharon McNight. Tracy Stark musical directed. BroadwayWorld celebrated backstage with the evening's winners and participants.

The best of New York cabaret will be out in full swing as the 20th Annual Cabaret Convention commences on October 7, with a special performance titled 'Celebrate! Celebrate! Celebrate!' The convention, produced by the Mabel Mercer Foundation, will run at Jazz at Lincoln Centre in Manhattan for a three-evening spectacular.
