Acclaimed singer, Broadway star and cabaret favorite KT Sullivan returns to perform at Bob Egan's New Hope on Saturday, April 2, with her new show, "Colored Lights." Sullivan will present one show at 8:30 pm.
When Sullivan debuted "Colored Lights" (under the name "Autumn in New York") critics were unanimous in their praise. Recently, she was a guest star on Garrison Keillor's " Prairie Home Companion." Sullivan has been spotlighted frequently at Carnegie Hall, Town Hall and Lincoln Center and has also performed at Caramoor, Spoleto, The New York Historical Society, La Nouvelle Eve in Paris, Chichester in the U.K. and multiple times at the Adelaide Festival in Australia.Sullivan's Broadway credits include "Three Penny Opera" with Sting, the play "Broadway" and the leading role in "Gentlemen Prefer Blondes." Off-Broadway, she has appeared in "Splendora", "A My Name is Still Alice", and with Mark Nadler she wrote and starred Off-Broadway in "American Rhapsody: George Gershwin to the World," for which they received Drama Desk and Lucille Lortel nominations and won the MAC Award for Best Musical Revue.
