KEIGWIN + COMPANY (K+C) returns to The Joyce Theater, 175 Eighth Avenue, NYC, for its annual weeklong season including the World Premieres of three new dances on June 12- 17, 2012.

Larry Keigwin (Artistic Director) is a native New Yorker and graduate from Hofstra University, where he received a BA in Dance. He founded KEIGWIN + COMPANY in 2003 and as Artistic Director, Keigwin has led the company as it has performed at theaters and dance festivals throughout New York City and across the country.

The TWEED Fractured Classicks Series tops off The Hot Festival with a staged production of a fabulously fractured tale inspired by Tennessee William's classic Summer and Smoke.

With uncanny precision and unforgettable pizzazz, John Epperson - also known as Lypsinka - pays homage to ultimate screen-queen Joan Crawford. Using the actress' own words, The Passion of the Crawford is a fantasia on the persona of this 20th Century cultural icon. Washington City Paper has called Lypsinka 'certifiably fabulous,' while the Los Angeles Times dubbed her 'a geyser of glamour!' McCarter Theatre will open its 2010-2011 season with Aurelia's Oratorio, conceived and directed by Victoria Thierrée Chaplin and starring Aurélia Thierrée. The production, which takes the audience through a surreal world of impossibilities and magical transformations, will play McCarter's Berlind Theatre from September 10 through October 17. (Press Opening: Thursday, September 16). The show, which runs 70 minutes without an intermission, is recommended for ages 10 and up. Aurelia's Oratorio is presented in association with ArKtype and Crying Out Loud UK.

'I Fioretti in Musica-Opera in Danza' (Little Flowers in Music, an Opera in Dance) is an original opera with concept, libretto, direction and sets by Gian Marco Lo Forte and an acoustic score for five voices composed by Sasha Zamler-Carhart juxtaposed with an electronic score consisting of fixed electro-acoustic sound and live vocal processing by Ryan Carter.
