Award-winning Broadway star Sierra Boggess returns Saturday, February 10 to the Princeton Symphony Orchestra (PSO) stage for a single night of show-stopping music from Hollywood and the Broadway stage. John Devlin serves as the evening's conductor and host. Ms. Boggess performs songs from West Side Story, The Little Mermaid, The Wizard of Oz, Pocahontas, The Sound of Music, Phantom of the Opera, and much more! Under the direction of Mr. Devlin, the orchestra plays music from Star Wars and Pirates of the Caribbean: Curse of the Black Pearl and musical gems from iconic Broadway shows. The concert takes place at 8pm at Richardson Auditorium in Alexander Hall on the campus of Princeton University.

Houston Grand Opera (HGO) announced today the winners of the 30th annual Eleanor McCollum Competition for Young Singers that took place at Stude Concert Hall at Rice University. For the second time, the Concert of Arias was streamed live on Facebook, as well as on YouTube for the first time. The livestream was hosted by award-winning soprano and HGO Studio alumna Tamara Wilson. The winners were announced during the second portion of the program.

The Marsh San Francisco announces a new solo show by David Kleinberg, Return to the Scene of the Crime. Kleinberg - who chronicled his year as an army combat correspondent in Vietnam with his hit show Hey, Hey, LBJ! - describes his return for the first time in 50 years to Vietnam.
On February 12th, The Museum of Modern Art will celebrate the early work of Tony Award-winning Hairspray and Smash songwriters Marc Shaiman and Scott Wittman as part of its Club 57: Film, Performance, and Art in the East Village, 1978-1983 exhibition.
Columnist Michael Musto will join the writers for the 7 PM conversation and mini-concert that will follow the birth of Shaiman and Wittman's careers as part of the New York City's Lower East Side club scene in the 1980s with an evening of video, conversation, and vocal performance.
