Vermont Shakespeare Festival will present the U.S. premiere of a new version of the only classical play starring two women in power, Friedrich Schiller's Mary Stuart. It will be presented as a staged reading, the latest in the Salon Series, on Saturday, October 6th at 7 p.m. at the Highland Center for the Arts in Greensboro, and on Sunday, October 7th at 3 p.m. in the McCarthy Recital Hall at St. Michael's College. This is a rarely seen epic in a fresh and lean adaptation.

Premium television network EPIX® announced today that the third season of its original spy drama Berlin Station will commence production in Budapest, Hungary on July 4 with new series regular Ismael Cruz Córdova (Ray Donovan). NEON has acquired North American rights to Nia DaCosta's debut film Little Woods which premiered in April at Tribeca Film Festival. Written and directed by DaCosta, the resulting film is a reimagining of the traditional western film as told from the female perspective.
