Although the story may be ripped from the headlines, Brunstetter tells it from the perspectives of a quartet of ordinary, yet multi-faceted characters, each of whom comes with a strong set of beliefs.
Broadway Theatre Project has announced Grammy Award-nominated singer, dancer, choreographer, and creative Carmit Bachar as a guest artist at BTP's summer 2020 intensive: BTP AT LAND AND SEA! At the project, Carmit will be sharing her knowledge of the entertainment industry with aspiring musical theatre performers.
David Mamet's new play, THE CHRISTOPHER BOY'S COMMUNION, will be staged for the first time, for a limited time only. Featuring a cast, that includes Rebecca Pidgeon, William H. Macy, Clark Gregg and recent Tony Award nominated Fionnula Flanagan, the story follows a grisly murder that has taken place in Central Park. It runs February 13 - 23, 2020 as a guest production at the Odyssey Theatre, for 10 performances only.
Richmond Triangle Players begins its second decade in its Scott's Addition venue with Bekah Brunstetter's new comedy The Cake, opening Friday February 14, 2020, at 8 pm, following two low-priced previews on Wednesday and Thursday, February 12 & 13, at 8 pm. SHOWTIME has announced that it has picked up an 11th and final season of its hit comedy series SHAMELESS, premiering this summer. SHAMELESS, which originally premiered in the winter of 2011, ranks as the network's no. 1 comedy, its longest-running series and has the youngest-skewing audience of any SHOWTIME series. Season 10 of SHAMELESS, which will finale on Sunday, January 26, has been averaging 5.7 million weekly viewers across platforms. The announcement was made today by Gary Levine, President of Entertainment, Showtime Networks Inc., at the Television Critics Association's Winter Press Tour.

Los Angeles-based acoustic guitarist, singer and songwriter IAN GOTHE has released 'Blood On the Rooftops In Montrose,' the second track and video from his debut album MEMENTO.
