Starring Canadian soprano Miriam Khalil and staged by AtG's Joel Ivany, Juno-nominated Ayre is presented along with other works such as Mariel, K'vakarat, and Tenebrae. Vocalist, producer and rapper Vincent Barrea has released his new single 'Chemical or Love' on 31 October via Maitre Music. The track was mixed and mastered by Grammy-nominated engineer Alex Evans (Skrillex, Rag N Bone Man, Basement Jax) and premiered via Clash Magazine. Barrea has seen considerable success with his last two outputs. 'Zoom Zoom' has racked up over 800K Youtube views, and prior to that 'Save My Life' and 'I'm Not Afraid' racked up well over 400K views.

InterSchool Orchestras of New York and the Mingus Dynasty are collaborating to present MINGUS.  This concert features never-before-heard full orchestra arrangements of popular Mingus tunes arranged by Earl McIntyre.  It will also feature solo performances by the Mingus Dynasty.

SiriusXM announced today its extensive holiday music lineup featuring 15 commercial free channels including the much anticipated Holly and Holiday Traditions channels. Hallmark Channel Radio will kick off the holiday season Friday, October 25, and 12 more music channels will start broadcasting on Friday, November 1.

The Philadelphia Youth Orchestra will accompany veteran singer Lisa Fischer and her band, Grand Baton, in a spectacular performance in Verizon Hall at The Kimmel Center of Performing Arts on November 1, at 8 p.m. PYO's 130 members, between the ages of 14 and 21, will support Fischer's dynamic range of rock, soul, classical and other influences. Josephine Lee, President & Artistic Director for the Chicago Children's Choir, will be conducting the orchestra.
