Deadline reports that FAST & FURIOUS 6 opened at No. 1 in China on Friday, July 26, and is racing toward $24 million for the weekend. That total would bring the movie just behind MAN OF STEEL as China's second highest three-day gross ever. The pic also brought in Universal's highest ever opening in China with $6.9 million on Friday.

The Hollywood Reporter writes that Les Miserables star Samantha Barks, along with Game of Thrones' Art Parkinson and Icelandic actor Thor Kristjansson, has joined the cast of Universal's DRACULA.
