On Sunday, December 4, 2022 at 7:00pm CT, the Chicago Symphony Orchestra presents violinist and maestro Itzhak Perlman in his critically-acclaimed klezmer show, In the Fiddler's House.

This May, the YIVO Institute for Jewish Research is hosting Continuing Evolution: Yiddish Folksong Today, a music festival featuring four concerts which cross stylistic boundaries between classical music and folk performance. The festival features the premiere of more than twelve newly commissioned classical works alongside a wealth of lesser-known compositions from YIVO's archival collections, and performances by over thirty musical artists.

WE SPEAK PEACE features performing artists from Ukraine, Russia, Afghanistan, and New York City in a one night only event. Led by NYC playwright/poet Galinsky and gallerist/filmmaker Jay Bulger, the eclectic group of performers feel the need to speak out and share right now.

The Tony Award-nominated and Drama Desk Award-winning National Yiddish Theatre Folksbiene (NYTF) ushers in its 107th season with stellar productions of the acclaimed musical Harmony: A New Musical by the legendary Barry Manilow and his longtime collaborator Bruce Sussman, a co-production with the New York City Opera of the world premiere of Ricky Ian Gordon's The Garden Of The Finzi-Continis, a virtual presentations of Kadye Molodowsky's Ale Fenster Tsu Der Zun (All the Windows Face the Sun), 15 Minute Yiddish (More or Less), and much more.

Flushing Town Hall's new concert series, Common Ground: Mini-Global Mashups, will present 'Balkan Romani Meets Ukraine' on Sunday, October 10, featuring Eva Salina, Peter Stan, and Zhenya Lopatnik.

This July, National Yiddish Theatre Folksbiene will bring together more than 140 actors, singers and musicians from across globe for a sensational, one-time event - A Yiddish Renaissance: A Virtual Concert Celebration - filled with music and appearances by some of the most renowned Yiddish performers.

On Sunday, March 21, 2:00 PM (EST), the Marlene Meyerson JCC Manhattan (with lead sponsorship from the National Yiddish Theatre Folksbiene) will spearhead a global presentation of the second annual virtual Third Seder to celebrate the inspiring Passover story as well as the worldwide revival of Yiddish culture.

This October, National Yiddish Theatre Folksbiene (Folksbiene)-led by Zalmen Mlotek, Artistic Director, and Dominick Balletta, Executive Director-presents Folksbiene! LIVE: 'Welcome to Our Suke/Sukkah', a four-day festival of family-friendly performances during Chol Hamoed (the intermediary days of Sukkos) from October 5th to 8th.

On Sunday, April 12, at 2PM, a consortium of Jewish cultural organizations will present a 'Third Seder', an unprecedented online international Yiddish cultural celebration featuring leading contemporary performers of the Yiddish and Klezmer stage.

The Klezmatics will perform their modern take on Eastern European Jewish music at 3 p.m. on Sunday, December 8 at Enlow Recital Hall, 215 North Ave., Hillside, on Kean University's East Campus.
