LAByrinth Theater Company (Co-Artistic Directors Stephen Adly Guirgis, Mimi O'Donnell, Yul Vazquez and Managing Director, Danny Feldman), Off-Broadway's home of exhilarating and incendiary theater, has announced the line-up for the 2010-2011 season featuring the 11th Annual Barn Reading Series, as well as world premiere productions of two works from the 2008 Barn Series written by LAB members: Thinner Than Water by Melissa Ross and The Motherf**ker with the Hat by LAB co-artistic director Stephen Adly Guirgis and a 24/7 marathon of free readings and special events celebrating the city we live in, NewYorkNewYork!
It's Official: Rock, Cannavale to Lead THE MOTHERF**KER WITH THE HAT on Broadway in 2011

THE MOTHERF**KER WITH THE HAT by Stephen Adly Guirgis will make its world premiere on Broadway starring Bobby Cannavale, Chris Rock, Elizabeth Rodriguez, Annabella Sciorra and Yul Vázquez. Directed by Anna D. Shapiro, the production will open on Monday, April 11, 2011 at the Gerald Schoenfeld Theatre (236 West 45th Street, New York City). The strictly limited 14-week engagement will begin previews on Tuesday, March 22, 2011.

The Faith & Politics Institute will present the Long Wharf Theatre production of HAVE YOU SEEN US?, written by master playwright Athol Fugard, in a one-night only staged reading Wednesday, June 9 at 6 p.m. at Folger Theatre, located at 201 East Capitol Street, Washington, D.C. The reading will be followed by a panel discussion with Mr. Fugard, director Gordon Edelstein, and the cast. The evening's Honorary Host is the Honorable Rep. Rosa DeLauro and NPR's legal affairs correspondent Nina Totenberg will moderate the panel discussion.

LAByrinth Theater Company (Artistic Directors, Stephen Adly Guirgis, Mimi O'Donnell and Yul Vázquez; Marieke Gaboury, Producing Director) and The Public Theater (Artistic Director Oskar Eustis; Executive Director Andrew D. Hamingson) join forces in announcing an exciting new education initiative beginning with their current co-production of Shakespeare's Othello, now in performance at NYU Skirball Center through October 4th. Under the direction of Peter Sellars, the cast features LAB founders Philip Seymour Hoffman as the villain Iago and John Ortiz in the tragic title role.

Hamingson) and LAByrinth Theater Company will present a FREE discussion series tied to its current production of OTHELLO running through Sunday, October 4 the NYU Skirball Center. The Public Theater (Artistic Director Oskar Eustis; Executive Director Andrew D. Hamingson) announced complete casting today for the first production of the 2009-2010 Season, OTHELLO, directed by Peter Sellars. This highly-anticipated contemporary production, featuring the previously announced John Ortiz as Othello and Philip Seymour Hoffman as Iago, will play for 23 performances only, beginning on Saturday, September 12 at NYU Skirball Center. Single tickets go on-sale on Monday, August 3.
