Philippine Development Foundation USA ('PhilDev') announces that it will hold its annual fundraising gala at the prestigious Alice Tully Hall, Lincoln Center with a concert event entitled 'PhilDev Celebrates Broadway: Suites by Sondheim,' directed by Victor Lirio, on Monday, November 7th, 2011 at 7:30PM.
