On Sunday, December 11, 2011 at 5:30 p.m., The Little Orchestra Society, under the direction of guest conductor Constantine Kitsopoulos, will present 'Making a Joyful Sound,' a holiday celebration honoring the life and legacy of the late Maestro Dino Anagnost, at the Greek Orthodox Archdiocesan Cathedral of the Holy Trinity (319 E. 74th Street).

The Hartt School, the comprehensive performing arts conservatory of the University of Hartford, is pleased to welcome acclaimed horn player and American Brass Quintet member David Wakefield to the faculty of The Hartt School's Instrumental Studies Division. As a senior artist teacher, Wakefield will work with Hartt's horn students.
