This week, acclaimed multi-platinum pop singer and songwriter Andy Grammer released his original song, “Don't Give Up On Me” (S-Curve/BMG) from the forthcoming feature film, FIVE FEET APART (CBS / Lionsgate) in theaters March 15. Andy is proud to announce that a portion of the proceeds will go to Claire's Place Foundation, Inc, a foundation named in honor of Claire Wineland, who inspired Justin Baldoni to make the film.
