On Saturday, July 23 'Neighbors 2' star Seth Rogen celebrated the 34th birthday of his wife, Lauren Miller by inviting 50 of their closest friends to see The Unauthorized Musical Parody of Troop Beverly Hills housed at Rockwell Table & Stage in Los Angeles, CA. Both Seth and Lauren were seen dancing, cheering & laughing along as the cast performed to a creative musical score, which included hit songs from Whitney Houston, Madonna, and Cyndi Lauper. 

New York audiences have been wowed by Emma Hunton's dynamic vocals in SPRING AWAKENING, NEXT TO NORMAL and RENT.

It's 'Cookie Time' again in The Unauthorized Musical Parody of Troop Beverly Hills, an all-new live interpretation of the hilarious 1989 Shelley Long comedy, running Saturdays at 8 pm and Sundays at 12 noon from July 2 to Sept 10, 2016 at Rockwell Table & Stage located in Los Feliz, CA. The Laguna Playhouse Executive and Artistic Directors, Karen Wood and Ann E. Wareham and Lythgoe Family Productions are thrilled to announce a very special Holiday event, A SNOW WHITE CHRISTMAS, featuring Lindsay Pearce ('Glee') as Snow White, Marina Sirtis ('Star Trek: The Next Generation') as the Wicked Queen and an on-screen appearance by Tony award-winner Neil Patrick Harris as the Magic Mirror ('Best Thing Ever with Neil Patrick Harris).

Emma Hunton (Wicked, Next to Normal, Spring Awakening) recently took to the Rockwell stage, performing songs ranging from Fleetwood Mac's 'Go Your Own Way' to Radiohead's 'Creep.' Guest stars included Glee's Lindsay Pearce and Dear John Hughes' Michael Thomas Grant. Grant is currently performing alongside Hunton in 'The Unauthorized Musical Parody of Clueless,' playing now through October 2nd at Rockwell Table and Stage. Hunton honored her Broadway roots with a performance of Spring Awakening's 'Touch Me.'

glory|struck productions presents an immersive, environmental staging of AMERICAN IDIOT, being vibrantly brought to life in a warehouse venue located in Downtown Los Angeles' Arts District. Performances began on May 15th, and BroadwayWorld has a first look at the cast in action below!

Tony Award-winner, Daisy Eagan (The Secret Garden), will co-host with her spicy partner-in-comedy, Jordan Kai Burnett (Love is a Battlefield). Bryan Blaskie (Victorian Courting and Zombies) will return as musical director.

A sexy cast of beautiful people inhabits Green Day's punk rock opera American Idiot, in a ferocious glory|struck production that opened last weekend at The Vortex. Directors Topher Rhys and Jen Oundjian (who also choreographs) take full advantage of the concert venue space and go for a panoramic experience, moving the action offstage whenever possible. The concept enhances the surround sound feel of the show and if you approach it from a concert mindset it will be easy to go with the flow. In a way, by chopping up the visual space to include playing areas all around the space, it enhances the disconnectedness we see in the characters. Plus, there is a certain kind of bond an audience feels with an actor when he is dripping with sweat and singing his guts out right next to you.
