STANDING ON CEREMONY: THE GAY MARRIAGE PLAYS, a collection of short plays written for marriage equality to benefit Human Rights Campaign, Marriage Equality New York and New York Theatre Workshop will take place on Monday, June 14, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. at the Angel Orensanz Center, 172 Norfolk Street in New York City, between Houston and Stanton Streets. According to People Ellen DeGeneres is launching her own record label called eleveneleven. Degeneres says she was inspired by Greyson Chance the youtube sensation to start the label and has signed Chance on as her first artist.

Today, Tuesday, May 25, The Kennedy Center announced that Tina Fey is the 2010 recipient of the Mark Twain Prize of American Humor. Established in 1998, the annual award is to an individual who has had an impact on American society in ways similar to 19th century novelist and essayist, Mark Twain. The ceremony, to be held Tuesday November 9, will feature a lineup of the biggest names in comedy, and will be taped for television broadcast.

The full cast of The Normal Heart is as follows: Dylan Walsh (Ned Weeks), Tate Donovan (Felix Turner), Lisa Kudrow (Dr. Emma Brookner), Clark Gregg (Ben Weeks), Jon Tenney (Bruce Niles), David Eigenberg (Mickey Marcus), Dan Bucatinksy (Tommy Boatwright), Tim Bagley (Craig Donner, Hiram Keebler), and Alec Mapa (David, Examining Doctor, Grady).

Joel Grey will direct an all-star cast, including David Eigenberg ('Sex and the City'), Clark Gregg ('The New Adventures of Old Christine'), and Lisa Kudrow ('Friends'), in the historic, 25th anniversary stage reading of Larry Kramer's classic drama, The Normal Heart, at Westwood's Geffen Playhouse (10886 Le Conte Avenue, Los Angeles, CA) at 8 p.m. on Monday, May 17.
