GOD OF CARNAGE Receives Regional Debut as Part of Seattle Reps Upcoming Season

The Tony Award Winning GOD OF CARNAGE by Yasmina Reza will kick off the Seattle Repertory Theatre's 2010-2011 season which they recently announced.

The season will begin with the opening of GOD OF CARNAGE on October 1 and will play through the 24th. It is the first American regional production of the show to be announced. The story revolves around two sets of parents who try to work out an argument between their children.

Next will be Edward Albee's THREE TALL WOMEN from October 22 through November 28 and Brian Friel's DANCING AT LUGHNASA from November 12 through December 5.

The season is set to continue with THE K OF D, AN URBAN LEGEND by Laura Schellhardt (January 14-February 20), THE BROTHERS SIZE by McCraney (February 4-February 27), and a stage adaptation of John Steinbeck's novel OF MICE AND MEN (March 18-April 10).

The final two productions will be THIS by Gibson from April 8 through May 15 and Mike Daisey's THE AGONY AND ECSTASY OF STEVE JOBS from April 22 through May 22.
